Reseda Charter High

We designed a campus-wide system of environmental graphics, including wayfinding, signage, wall graphics, routed wood panels, and a sustainability didactic. Our approach began with the site itself: a campus rich with mature, large-canopied trees and light filtering through them. We drew a color and material palette from the landscape—soil, bark, filtered light, and the Reseda flower—paired with the school’s signature blue. These colors and material tones shift across buildings and interiors, creating a sense of continuity without repetition.

The graphic murals were developed using abstracted drawings of the Reseda flower forms, allowing for variation in scale and application. The calm, grounded visual language celebrates the site’s natural character, and brings a sense of pride to the new facilities.
