Along with the visual identity of the show, Handbuilt was asked to contribute a piece as well. I Love You, Part 2 was conceived to engage everyone. It re-appropriates the strategies of branding to open an avenue for communication, activity with children and joy. The result of a silkscreen workshop I Love You, Part 2 is a wall of little boxes, adorned with symbols and words evoking the intersection of love and food. To be taken or silkscreened more, the containers are to be filled with sweets and colorful papers and act as a reminder of a moment when gallery visitors became the artists themselves.
